1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "mlwin," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the mlwin platform and its operating entity, accessible at mlwin.app.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the mlwin platform.
• "Platform" refers to the mlwin website, mobile-optimized site, and all associated services available at mlwin.app.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created on the mlwin platform.
• "Games" refers to all casino games, slot games, bingo games, live dealer games, and any other wagering products available on mlwin.
• "Funds" refers to real-money balances held in a player's mlwin account wallet.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits, free spins, or other non-cash incentives credited to a player's account under a specific promotion.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures required by mlwin and applicable Philippine regulations.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it can be converted to withdrawable funds.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the mlwin platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing casino-style gaming.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted under applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of mlwin, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have a previously suspended or terminated mlwin account.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

mlwin reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by mlwin may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3. Account Responsibilities

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the mlwin platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mlwin account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. mlwin will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify mlwin immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or believe your credentials have been compromised. Contact our support team via live chat available 24/7 on the platform.

• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, until you notify mlwin of a security breach.
• Account credentials must not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.
• mlwin accounts are for personal use only. Using your account on behalf of a third party or as part of a commercial arrangement is prohibited.
• You must keep your registered contact details — including your mobile number and email address — current and accurate at all times.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

mlwin supports deposits and withdrawals via Philippine payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. These thresholds are subject to change and will be communicated to players via the platform.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. mlwin does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit identified as originating from a payment method not registered to the account holder may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as your mlwin account.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be satisfied before the associated funds become withdrawable.
• mlwin reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or accounts flagged for unusual activity.
• GCash withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes during operational hours. Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

mlwin offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry periods.

General bonus conditions applicable to all mlwin promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. New player bonuses are available once per player, per household, and per device.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus. Bonus funds that expire before wagering requirements are met will be forfeited.
• mlwin reserves the right to determine which games contribute to wagering requirements and at what percentage. Live casino games and certain slot titles may contribute at a reduced rate.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Real-money funds are used first in all wagers unless the player has only bonus funds available.
• mlwin reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honoring commitments already made to players who have accepted an active offer.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion, or exploiting game mechanics to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and may result in account termination.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the mlwin platform are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers. mlwin accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

mlwin uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live casino games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers in real time and are subject to the rules of the respective game as displayed on screen.

• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the round may be declared void and all wagers refunded to the player's account.
• mlwin's decision on the outcome of any disputed game round is final, subject to the review process outlined in Section 14.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. These limits may vary by game type, table, and player account status.
• Players may not use automated software, bots, or any third-party tools to interact with mlwin games. Detection of such tools will result in immediate account suspension.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mlwin platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on the mlwin platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using stolen, unauthorized, or third-party payment methods to fund your account.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates Philippine anti-money laundering laws (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using software exploits, bugs, or vulnerabilities to manipulate game outcomes or account balances.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing mlwin staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorization.
• Circumventing self-exclusion or account restriction measures imposed by mlwin or requested by the player.

8. Responsible Gaming

mlwin is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players. We recognize that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all mlwin account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session durations to manage time spent on the platform.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable periodic notifications reminding them of time elapsed and amounts wagered during a session.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the mlwin platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Account Cooling-Off: Players may request a short-term break from the platform of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.

9. Privacy & Data

mlwin collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and our Privacy Policy. By registering with mlwin, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

mlwin will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and fraud prevention services as required by law or necessary for the operation of the platform.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the mlwin platform — including but not limited to the mlwin brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, and software — is the intellectual property of mlwin or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the mlwin platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the mlwin platform without prior written consent from mlwin.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, mlwin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

mlwin's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

mlwin does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access the platform at their own risk and are responsible for maintaining appropriate security software on their own devices.

12. Termination

mlwin reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A regulatory requirement or court order requiring account closure.

Upon termination for cause, mlwin reserves the right to withhold any funds in the account pending investigation. Where termination is not due to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players may close their own accounts at any time by contacting mlwin support via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.

13. Amendments to These Terms

mlwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, or through a prominent notice on the platform, at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the mlwin platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and mlwin arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally within 30 days may be referred to the appropriate Philippine courts or regulatory bodies, including PAGCOR where the dispute relates to gaming conduct.

For game outcome disputes, players must submit a formal complaint to mlwin support within 72 hours of the disputed event. mlwin will investigate and provide a written response within 10 business days. mlwin's determination on game outcome disputes is final and binding, subject to any applicable regulatory review process.
